🚀 Hiring: Head of Revenue Operations
West Yorkshire | Hybrid 2 to 3 days in office
£70,000 to £80,000 basic + discretionary annual bonus
I’m supporting a high growth SaaS business with the appointment of a Head of Revenue Operations.
This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly into the CRO, owning the operational engine that underpins revenue growth across Sales, Marketing and Customer teams.
This is not a purely strategic RevOps role. It is hands on, detail driven and execution focused.
Essential experience:
• Proven SaaS background
• Strong hands on CRM ownership
• Deep HubSpot expertise
• Sales enablement tooling experience
• Building dashboards, reporting frameworks and forecasting models
You will:
• Own and optimise CRM, data integrity and revenue workflows
• Deliver weekly KPI reporting to the Executive Leadership Team
• Drive CRM hygiene and governance standards
• Improve lead management, pipeline tracking and handovers
• Support forecasting and revenue planning alongside the CRO
• Lead and develop a small Revenue Operations team
The business is scaling, launching new solutions and investing heavily in its commercial function. Revenue infrastructure needs to be robust, data led and commercially aligned.
