Local Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced accounting professional to fill the position of Accounting Director with the following job duties:
- Oversight of the general ledger transactions to include accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, payroll, inventory and cost accounting. Perform monthly close and prepare Financial Statements.
- Bi-weekly payroll
- Enter and Pay AP daily as needed
- Inventory control and adjustments of finished and non-finished inventory.
- The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment. A person that works with meticulous detail and integrity.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in On line QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications. Must complete monthly financial statements, file all needed documents, prepared year-end information for CPA for year-end review.
Experience:
- Accounting: minimum 5 years (Required) BA in accounting is also expected.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
