The Role

As our Business Operations Associate, you'll work at the centre of algo1's technology and delivery leadership, supporting our CTO and COO to ensure critical programmes are running smoothly and essential work continues moving forward.
You'll own real things from day one: external partner relationships, compliance programmes, our recruitment process, and the operational heartbeat of how we deliver.
It's a role that will stretch you. You'll be close to decision-making, trusted with ownership early, and expected to grow quickly. For the right person, this is a genuine launchpad.
What You'll Own
- External partner management: Own relationships with our key external partners across technology and compliance; keep programmes on track, run reviews, and ensure commitments are met on both sides.
- SaaS & cloud vendor management: Manage our vendor portfolio, maximise startup support programmes, and keep subscriptions and access controls in good shape.
- Internal tooling & efficiency: Take ownership of the tools and systems that power how we work; identify and remove friction, improve processes, and help make algo1 a sharper, faster-moving organisation.
- Recruitment: Take end-to-end ownership of our hiring process; coordinate with hiring managers, run the pipeline, manage candidates, and keep everything moving.
- Delivery operations: Own action logs from key meetings, track cross-team commitments, and prepare briefings and updates for leadership.
About You
You're probably a recent graduate or around a year into your career. You're smart, organised, and the kind of person who gets things done without being chased. You thrive on ownership and find energy in pace rather than losing it.
A background that bridges the technical and the commercial will set you up well. What we care about most is that you're comfortable in technical conversations, curious about how technology and business intersect, and hungry to make your mark early.
