About The Role
We’re looking for a commercially savvy, data-driven
Sales Operations Manager to work alongside our Head of Sales and help bring our sales strategy to life across Australia and New Zealand.
This role is central to improving performance across the sales function. By leveraging data, insights and strong operational governance, you will enhance efficiency, strengthen pipeline management and increase forecasting accuracy.
Partnering closely with sales leaders, Finance and CRM teams, you will strengthen pipeline management, improve forecasting accuracy and enhance overall sales performance , ensuring strategy translates into measurable revenue outcomes in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Championing effective sales funnel management, tracking key metrics including conversion rates, closed-lost rates and forecast slippage within Salesforce
- Providing commercial guidance, tools and insights to enable improved business outcomes
- Leading coordination of RFPs and formal sales responses for large pipeline opportunities
- Managing Salesforce from a sales operations perspective, partnering with CRM teams to improve reporting, automation and data quality
- Driving governance and best practice across CRM processes and sales hygiene
- Extracting and analysing data from multiple business systems to deliver actionable insights
- Partnering with Finance to enhance forecasting mechanisms and evolve pipeline management processes
- Reporting on weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performance trends, identifying opportunities to optimise results
- Supporting strategic and ad hoc projects that influence internal and external stakeholder conversations
SALARY
The salary for this role is $140, 000 – 150, 000 per annum plus superannuation
Please note this is 12 month parental leave fixed term contract
About You
You are analytical and commercially astute, with a genuine passion for empowering sales teams to perform at their best. This role calls for energy, initiative and sound business judgement, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and contribute to a high-performance, results-driven culture.
Your background includes:
- Experience in a sales operations role within a fast-moving industry
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales processes that drive revenue outcomes
- Financial literacy with the ability to conduct detailed analysis to inform decision-making
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and adoption initiatives
- Demonstrated data analytics capability and strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- A passion for delivering exceptional internal and external experiences
