Role Overview
Strollo Partners Limited is a well-capitalized family office with diversified investments across real estate development, leasing, dealership operations, and the marine industry. As our portfolio continues to expand—including the launch of our first marine dealership—we are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team.
This is a high-impact role for a seasoned finance leader who can balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day operational excellence. The CFO will oversee all financial planning, reporting, risk management, compliance, and capital strategy across multiple operating entities, while serving as a trusted advisor to ownership and senior leadership.
This is a full-time, primarily in-office role (Monday–Thursday, remote Fridays).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to drive sustainable growth and profitability across all business units.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and expense control to optimize capital allocation and operating performance.
- Oversee all financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP, ASC 606, COSO, SOX, and other applicable regulatory and accounting standards.
- Supervise treasury management, including cash flow analysis, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and capital structuring.
- Direct accounting operations across real estate, dealership, and operating entities, including revenue recognition, cost accounting, payroll, and internal controls.
- Oversee real estate accounting, leasing financials, and property-level performance reporting.
- Manage dealership financial operations, including floorplan financing, inventory controls, internal reporting, and compensation structures.
- Partner with external CPA firms on tax planning, annual audits, and return preparation.
- Lead risk management initiatives and ensure strong internal controls and compliance frameworks.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and new investment initiatives through financial modeling, due diligence, valuation analysis, and strategic evaluation.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for ownership and executive leadership.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing accounting and finance teams while promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- CPA license required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally within a multi-entity or family-office environment
- Strong background in corporate finance, financial strategy, and technical accounting
- Experience with real estate finance and leasing and dealership operations (including floorplan financing) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and financial systems
- Solid understanding of GAAP, ASC 606, COSO frameworks, and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to lead teams across accounting, finance, and operational functions
- High integrity and professionalism; must pass comprehensive financial and criminal background checks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance detail orientation and strategic thinking

Pay: $225,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year
