Position Overview
Cyberhill Partners is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Sales Operations to align sales strategy with systems, processes, and technology to drive efficiency and revenue growth. This leader will serve as the operational backbone of the sales organization, ensuring that our go-to-market teams are equipped with optimized workflows, accurate data, and actionable insights.
The Director of Sales Operations will design and optimize end-to-end sales processes, administer and enhance our CRM and broader sales technology stack, and ensure data integrity and accurate reporting across the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Process Optimization
- Align sales strategy with operational systems and scalable processes.
- Design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end sales workflows from lead generation through closed-won and post-sale handoff.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
- Establish and maintain best practices for opportunity management, forecasting, and territory planning.
CRM & Sales Technology Management
- Own administration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of the company's CRM and integrated sales technology stack.
- Lead implementation of new sales tools and ensure successful adoption across the organization.
- Develop automation, workflows, and integrations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and IT/technical resources for system improvements.
Reporting, Analytics & Forecasting
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and sales productivity.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all sales systems.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to manage forecasting processes and performance tracking.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to maintain a single source of truth for pipeline, forecasting, commissions, and performance metrics.
- Support commission plan implementation and reporting accuracy.
- Align marketing attribution and lead management processes with sales operations.
- Drive communication and operational alignment across revenue-generating teams.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong experience administering and optimizing CRM platforms (e.g., SalesNav, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proven ability to design scalable sales processes in a high-growth environment.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience building dashboards and executive reporting.
- Experience partnering with Finance on forecasting and commission tracking.
- Strong project management and change management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in government contracting, cybersecurity, or technology-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with complex sales cycles and enterprise-level deals.
- Experience implementing sales automation and reporting tools.

Salary
$150,000 - $185,000 per year
