As we scale our North American logistics operations, our President is looking for a right-hand person to join the inner circle. If you have experience in high-end hospitality, hotels, or demanding service environments, we want to talk to you. You already know how to stay calm when things get "bonkers," how to multitask under pressure, and how to make a client feel like a VIP. We can teach you logistics.
The Roadmap: Your Path to the Top
This role is a 3-to-4-year leadership development track. We are investing in your future as much as you are investing in ours.
- Phase 1 (The Foundation): Master the day-to-day "busywork," manage the HubSpot pipeline, and offload the President’s administrative load.
- Phase 2 (The Associate): Begin co-managing accounts, leading sales presentations, and taking ownership of key client relationships.
- Phase 3 (The Leader): Transition into a Senior Account Executive or Operations Director role with a book of business and a compensation package to match.
Your Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Work directly with the President to ensure all "day-to-day" operations move at the speed of Freightzy.
- Pipeline Mastery: Take ownership of following up on new and existing sales opportunities in HubSpot.
- Client Success: Provide white-glove customer service, resolving inquiries and logistics challenges with speed and creativity.
- Sales Growth: Assist in presentations, develop new client leads alongside our outbound team, and travel when necessary to represent the brand.

Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $65,000 -$67,700 (Based on experience)
- Performance Bonus: 10% – 15% annual target based on KPIs.

- Location: Work out of our vibrant Leslieville office 4 days a week.
