Position Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of EAU Holding’s hospitality businesses, including lodge, spa, fitness and retail.
Drive operational performance, service standards and profitability.
Build and develop high-performing teams, including forecasting staffing needs and leading talent planning.
Implement training programs that ensure consistent service excellence.
Negotiate agreements and manage vendor performance.
Ensure legal and operational compliance for all businesses.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience (lodging, restaurant, retail or resort environment).
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong financial and analytical skills to identify opportunities and solve problems.
Experience working with government agencies and professional organizations a plus.
