Job Description:
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
- We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Senior Developer to lead the technical design and delivery of Salesforce CPQ enhancements.
- This role ensures scalability, performance, and alignment with business rules.
- The ideal candidate has extensive experience in CPQ workflows, custom rules, and configurations, and can effectively collaborate with stakeholders during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ architecture.
- Advanced Apex design and performance tuning skills.
- Strong experience in complex pricing and rule orchestration.
- Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD familiarity.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
Experience:
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong experience in Salesforce CPQ.
Responsibilities:
- Own technical design and architecture for CPQ enhancements.
- Implement complex CPQ logic, including Apex-based rule frameworks when required.
- Optimize Quote Line Editor performance and stability.
- Design and govern product configuration initializer logic.
- Lead CPQ release planning, deployments, and production readiness activities.
- Provide technical mentorship and conduct code reviews.
- Act as an escalation point during user acceptance testing and hypercare.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ workflows, custom rules, and configurations.
- Gather and translate business requirements into effective CPQ solutions.
- Improve pricing, quoting, and approval processes for efficiency.
- Troubleshoot CPQ issues and ensure integration with Salesforce modules.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices.
Should Have:
- Experience in Healthcare or MedTech CPQ environments.
- Experience with phased product launches.
Qualification And Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
