We’re a fast-paced e-commerce and retail brand seeking a proactive, creative intern or contract staff who is passionate about Retail and Operations and eager to grow with our team. With our retail spaces at Haji Lane, you’ll help streamline operations and support our day-to-day retail activities.
What You’ll Do
- Represent and promote the brand, products, and lifestyle at retail spaces
- Engage with customers, provide styling suggestions, and ensure an excellent in-store experience
- Manage day-to-day retail operations, including cashiering, stockroom duties, and inventory management
- Handle visual merchandising, store setup/teardown, and housekeeping
- Support sales logistics, order fulfillment, and administrative tasks
- Assist in coordinating staff schedules and leading by example
What We’re Looking For
- Commitment of 3–6 months
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable with excellent English skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
- Proactive, independent, and a responsible team player
- Passion for fashion, sustainability, and customer experience
- Bonus: Comfortable being featured in brand content
- Preferred experience: Retail, Customer Service, Stock Management, or Team Leadership
- Bonus skills: Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
