Henderson Group is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team.
We are a diversified organization operating in construction, landscape civil, and heavy-duty services. As we continue to grow, we require a strong financial leader to drive strategy, improve reporting, manage cash flow, and support operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance
- Manage cash flow, financing, bonding, and risk
- Strengthen job costing and profitability analysis
- Mentor and lead the finance team
- Partner with ownership on long-term growth planning
Qualifications:
- CPA designation (required)
- 7+ years of senior financial leadership experience
- Construction or project-based industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of job costing and contract accounting
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
