We’re hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to own and scale partner incentive and lifecycle operations within a growing mid-market channel ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, and Finance, and enjoys solving complex payment and incentive challenges while building scalable operational frameworks.
Role Overview
In this role, you’ll own day-to-day operational execution across incentive programs and partner lifecycle processes for large professional-services firms participating in a lead-pass/referral motion.
You’ll ensure:
- Incentives are calculated accurately
- Partners are paid correctly and on time
- Disputes are resolved thoroughly
- Documentation is audit-ready
- Operational processes scale efficiently as new firms join
You’ll also support broader channel partners by delivering end-to-end operational support across onboarding, offboarding, payments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily execution of incentive and partner lifecycle operations
- Research and resolve complex incentive and payment disputes
- Maintain accurate incentive tracking and partner payment processes
- Support onboarding and offboarding of channel partners
- Ensure audit readiness through clean documentation and reporting
- Identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Rev Ops, and Channel teams to ensure seamless execution
- Help scale operational frameworks as the partner ecosystem grows
Required Experience
- 2–4 years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Finance Ops, or similar operational roles
- Experience supporting incentive or compensation programs
- Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex payment disputes for external partners
- Exposure to channel or partner programs (referral or lead-pass models preferred)
Technical Skills
- Strong Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience with low-code workflow or database platforms (e.g., Quickbase) preferred
