We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer / Senior Developer with deep expertise in complex pricing configurations, Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP), product bundling, and end-to-end CPQ implementations. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in designing scalable pricing models and solving complex quote calculation scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
1. CPQ Solution Design & Development
- Design and implement scalable CPQ solutions using Salesforce CPQ
- Configure complex product bundles, dynamic option constraints, and configuration attributes
- Develop and maintain advanced pricing logic
- Translate business pricing strategies into CPQ automation
2. Advanced Pricing & Rules Expertise
- Design and implement:
- Price Rules
- Product Rules
- Discount Schedules
- Summary Variables
- Lookup Queries
- Build complex pricing waterfall models
- Implement volume, slab-based, tiered, and contracted pricing models
- Manage multi-currency and multi-segment pricing structures
3. Quote Calculator Plugin (QCP) Development
- Develop and maintain custom QCP scripts (JavaScript)
- Extend standard CPQ calculation engine
- Optimize calculation performance
- Handle asynchronous callouts and custom pricing scenarios
- Debug and troubleshoot calculation sequence issues
4. Custom Development & Integrations
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, LWC/Aura components as needed
- Integrate CPQ with:
- ERP systems
- Billing platforms
- External pricing engines
- Build custom approval flows and automation
5. Contracting & Subscription Management
- Configure:
- Subscription Products
- Amendments
- Renewals
- Co-termination logic
- Implement MDQ (Multi-Dimensional Quoting)
- Manage complex ramp deals
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- 3–6+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
