Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), based in Savannah, TN. The CFO will oversee and manage the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and preparation of financial statements. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, providing strategic financial guidance, overseeing financial reporting activities, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Statements analysis
- Proficient skills in Finance and Financial Reporting, with knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and develop actionable insights
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in financial management within a healthcare or non-profit organization
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- CPA certification preferred but not required
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
