Job Description
Reporting to the Sr. Director, DTC Business Operations for MS NOW, this role will join a newly formed team responsible for launching and scaling MS NOW’s DTC product. We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-minded Business Operations Manager who can help drive complex initiatives forward and ensure operational excellence across a fast-growing subscription business.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments, exercises strong judgment, and is comfortable working across highly matrixed teams. This role will play a critical part in ensuring new products, content initiatives, and partnerships launch smoothly and meet both business and audience expectations.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of major DTC initiatives, from concept through launch and iteration
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and dependencies across multiple cross-functional workstreams
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Editorial, Growth, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and blockers; help drive solutions and decision-making
- Help maintain operational tools, processes, and reporting that support efficient execution and visibility
- Prepare presentations for executive leadership and cross-functional working teams to ensure strategic alignment and facilitate flawless execution
- Support shared goal setting, milestone tracking, and launch readiness across the DTC organization, including playing a meaningful role in the setting, tracking, and communication of DTC Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
- Assist with operational execution of external partnerships, including coordination across internal teams
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or a related role
- Experience working in highly cross-functional, fast-paced environments
- Experience in subscription, media, technology, or consumer-facing businesses
- Strong experience creating clear, concise PowerPoint presentations for cross-functional and executive audiences
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a track record of driving initiatives forward by influence
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful tradeoffs
- Experience supporting product launches or 0-to-1 initiatives is a plus
- Experience with Airtable and Confluence a plus

- Must be willing to work in New York, NY.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Salary Range: $135,000-$150,000, bonus eligible
