I’m currently partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturer that is looking to hire a Sales & Operations Support Manager to help build and scale the operational infrastructure behind their sales and service organization.
This is a newly created position driven by growth, offering the opportunity to play a key role in shaping how the company supports its customers and sales teams moving forward.
This individual will lead a small team while driving process improvement, system implementation, and cross-functional initiatives across sales, engineering, and operations.

- Lead and develop a small sales support team
- Standardize and improve pre- and post-sales processes
- Implement and manage CRM and operational systems

- Build scalable processes to support continued company growth
Ideal Background
- Experience in sales operations, customer support operations, or business operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong process improvement and project leadership experience
- Experience implementing or managing CRM / operational systems
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional initiatives
