Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Operations for a full-time hybrid role based in the San Diego Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The Senior Manager of Sales Operations will oversee and refine sales processes, manage CRM systems, analyze sales data to generate insights, and develop strategies to optimize team performance. This role involves collaborating with sales leadership to establish key metrics, streamline reporting, and ensure the sales team is equipped to meet company goals. The candidate will play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and improving operational efficiencies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in sales operations, pipeline management, and process optimization.
- Experience in CRM systems and data analytics tools to analyze sales performance and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to support sales team growth and revenue optimization.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and leadership levels.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for devising and implementing sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced education is a plus.
- Experience in the technology or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
