Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master
Location: Norcross, GA – Onsite 4 Days per Week (onsite interview)
Duration: Contract through 2027
Seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead a large-scale CPQ (Configure, Price & Quote) system implementation. This high-visibility initiative will streamline quote generation, improve pricing accuracy, and expand online product offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and KPIs.
- Oversee multiple workstreams within a CPQ framework.
- Provide executive-level status reporting.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Manage backlog and drive continuous delivery improvements.
- Track and manage project financials.
Required:
- CPQ implementation experience
- 12–15 years of project management experience.
- Experience leading large, complex enterprise implementations.
- Strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and related PM tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience standing up or managing Azure infrastructure environments a strong plus.
- Agile certifications (CSM, PMP, CSP, Lean Six Sigma).
- Building & Construction industry experience preferred.
