Job Description:
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 10+ years of CRM experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce architecture roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
- Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes and revenue lifecycle management.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integration frameworks.
- Experience designing integrations with enterprise ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and performance optimization.
Experience:
- Experience leading full lifecycle implementations of Salesforce CPQ and advanced pricing models.
- Experience architecting complex product bundling, configuration rules, pricing rules, and discount schedules.
- Experience implementing subscription lifecycle management, renewals, amendments, and contract workflows.
- Experience designing API-led integrations using REST, SOAP, middleware, or integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
- Experience defining DevOps strategy, CI/CD processes, and source control practices.
- Experience architecting partner and customer portals using Experience Cloud.
- Experience with AI-driven capabilities such as Einstein features preferred.
- Experience in subscription-based or SaaS business models preferred.
- Knowledge of revenue recognition standards such as ASC 606 or IFRS 15 preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Architect scalable quote-to-cash and lead-to-revenue solutions.
- Define integration architecture with ERP, billing, tax engines, payment gateways, and third-party systems.
- Ensure governance, data integrity, security, and system performance.
- Architect enterprise sales processes including lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and territory management.
- Implement automation using Flows, Apex, and Lightning components.
- Design secure sharing models, role hierarchies, and external user experiences.
- Lead technical design reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor developers and administrators.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and reusable technical solutions.
Should Have:
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect, CPQ Specialist, Application Architect, System Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance architecture vision and hands-on execution.
