About the Deal Desk Support – Viasat :
T he Deal Desk Support role partners closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and Leadership to ensure deals are structured accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with internal processes and client requirements. This role is responsible for supporting deal workflows, maintaining documentation, building reports, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the sales organization. This individual will serve as a critical operational backbone for the Viasat Ads program—ensuring speed, accuracy, and consistency from opportunity creation through deal approval and execution.
Location: Ogden, UT – Hybrid
Support deal review, approval, and submission processes in partnership with Sales, Sales Ops, and Finance
Build, maintain , and optimize process documentation, SOPs, and playbooks for deal desk workflows
Ensure data accuracy and hygiene within Salesforce, including opportunity fields, pricing inputs, and approvals
