YOUR IMPACT AT CIRCULA

Experience: You gain practical insights into Revenue Operations and learn how Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance work together in a fast growing SaaS company.
Development: You build a solid understanding of RevOps processes tools and systems by supporting day to day operational and data related tasks.
Ownership: You take responsibility for clearly defined tasks and support RevOps initiatives from execution to documentation with guidance from the team.
Tech: You get hands-on exposure to modern GTM and RevOps tools such as CRM systems reporting dashboards and basic workflow automations.
Teamwork: You collaborate with different teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance and support them with operational requests and questions.
Impact: You contribute to improving data quality and operational processes that support efficient workflows and business growth.

YOUR TALENTS FOR CIRCULA

Qualifications: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics or a related field or you gained initial practical experience in Sales Operations Revenue Operations or similar areas.
Ownership: You work reliably on your tasks, take responsibility for your work and follow through until things are completed.
Drive: You have a good eye for detail, enjoy structured work and are motivated to support process improvements and operational topics.
Analytical & Structured Thinking: You have basic spreadsheet skills in Google Sheets or Excel such as working with formulas, pivots or structured tables and a general interest in how data is organized and connected in business systems.

(First exposure to CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus but not required.)
Collaboration: You enjoy working with different teams and are comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Growth Mindset: You are curious, eager to learn and open to feedback and development.
Transparency: You are not afraid to ask questions, flag issues early and learn from mistakes.
Language: You are fluent in English spoken and written. German is a big plus but not required.
