🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud & CPQ Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud customization and Salesforce CPQ implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and CPQ, ensuring smooth quote-to-cash processes and high system performance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions on Sales Cloud including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, and Forecasting.
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ including:
- Product Configuration
- Pricing Rules
- Discount Schedules
- Product Bundles
- Quote Templates
- Approval Processes
- Develop custom logic using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Implement complex pricing models and automate quote generation.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, Billing, Payment Gateways) via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot CPQ calculation issues and optimize performance.
- Support deployments, releases, and post-production issues.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud implementation and customization.
- Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Proficiency in:
- Apex Classes & Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Flows & Process Builder
- Experience with CPQ Pricing Rules, Product Rules, Advanced Approvals.
- Understanding of Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Knowledge of CI/CD and version control tools.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred.
