The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive responsible for the organization’s financial health, operational excellence, and administrative infrastructure. This role provides strategic leadership and oversight of finance, budgeting, accounting, human resources, risk management, and compliance. The CFO partners closely with the CEO and Executive Team to ensure the organization’s resources are aligned with its mission, goals, and long-term sustainability.
FINANCIAL LEADERSHIP & STRATEGY
- Chief financial strategist, providing leadership on fiscal planning, sustainability, and long-term financial health.
- Develop, manage, and monitor annual and multi-year budgets; provide accurate forecasting and financial analysis.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO and Executive Team.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
- Lead annual audits and manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial partners.
