Modulous is seeking an ambitious, analytical and strategic Sales Operations Manager to join our fast-moving and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving housing crises and committed to transforming the construction industry.
As a Sales Operations Manager at Modulous, you will be responsible for enabling the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the sales team, including:
- Being an enabler within the team, supporting knowledge transfer, coordinating activities so that the right information about pipeline, opportunities and clients is available to the right people at the right time
- Owning the digital platforms (CRM, Kanban, Task Management), taking a lead on process implementation, data integrity, reporting cycles and supporting commercial team members to be tech-enabled and adopt better digital/data practices
- Understanding how to use data to drive effective sales decisions, developing relevant checkpoints/milestones and recommendations that support the team to improve sales performance with data
- Upwardly manage senior members of the commercial team, influencing behavioural change, and identifying gaps/conflicts in the data for resolution
- Leading sales sprint cycles, coordinating deadline-driven campaigns and other activities across the commercial team and with other teams in the business
- Seeking opportunities to continuously optimise the sales process, implementing new tools and ways of working that lead to better sales and team outcomes
- Leading on sales analytics including CRM, ROI and financial performance, undertaking empirical analysis and making recommendations to improve overall sales performance
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to ensure that targets are met.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing campaigns.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the sales process.
- Develop and track sales metrics, both individually and for the sales team, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze data to provide insights that will help inform our sales strategy and approach.
- Work with other departments/end-to-end to ensure that our customer journey is seamless.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sales operations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple stakeholders including sales teams, vendors and clients.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
