Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Octopus Energy, Volvo Benelux, VW UK, Smart Home Charge and other innovative brands.

Your role... Sales Operations Manager
We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join the Sales & Installations Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of the business. You will ensure sales leads and opportunities are appropriately processed and tracked through our sales pipeline. This includes ensuring they are recorded properly in our sales systems and CRM.
Requirements
What we need from you…
- Be responsible for the sales processes across our sales channels (international markets and different route-to-market channels e.g. wholesalers, web leads etc)
- Develop and implement sales management best practices to maximise the efficiency and output of the sales team, and so that can we replicate frameworks in international markets
- Identify system improvements and work with the Business Systems Team to improve our capability
Who You Are…
We are looking for candidates with…
- Track-record of working within sales environment and pipeline management (international an advantage)
- Experience working with CRM business systems (Odoo an advantage)
- General Business Analytical skills to help drive process improvement and collaborate across departments
