Position: Group Chief Financial Officer & Operations Head
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the role will lead:
• Global finance strategy
• International supply chain operations
• Commodity trading finance
• ERP-driven financial systems
• Multi-country expansion and compliance
🎯 Ideal Candidate
We are looking for professionals with strong experience in:
• International finance & compliance
• Commodity trading (coffee, spices, agri commodities)
• Global supply chain management
• ERP financial systems
• Cross-border corporate structuring
Preferred background:
• Coffee or spice export industry
• Agricultural commodity trading
• International logistics & trade finance
🎓 Qualifications
One or more of the following:
• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• CPA / ACCA
• MBA Finance
• CFA
Experience: 12+ years in international finance or global trading companies
