Division CFO-Greenwood Village – Onsite
We are recruiting the above role for our PE backed client:
The ideal candidate will have experience/attributes in the following areas.
- Has served in a Divisional CFO / Finance Director / Finance Business Partner type role
- Has experience partnering closely with operations
- Ensures business leaders have clear financial data to run the business
- Has a service-oriented mindset toward operations
- Is comfortable acting as the main financial contact for the division
- Operational finance experience .
Technical / Functional Requirements
Strong FP&A experience required, with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and work hands-on
- Comfortable working in a build-stage finance environment
Finance infrastructure still being developed:
- Implementing Microsoft Business Central 365
- Building out financial reporting
- Defining KPIs and operational metrics
- Work closely with accounting and operations
- Ensure detailed financial drivers and trends are accurate
- BS in Finance or related, MBA in Finance preferred
- 10-15 years of progressive finance experience with an emphasis on operational finance
- Denver metro residents only
Compensation
- Base Salary: $180K – $200K
- Bonus: 15–20%
