The Role
The CFO holds enterprise-wide responsibility for the financial integrity, strategy, and sustainability of the Club. This executive will guide financial planning, governance, capital stewardship, and operational discipline in a complex, member-driven environment.
The position demands prior private club or hospitality club experience, where regulatory compliance, member sensitivity, and fiduciary accountability are paramount.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring:
- 8–10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, including direct private club or hospitality club experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- Demonstrated experience working closely with Boards and Finance Committees
- Deep knowledge of member billing structures, deferred revenue, capital reserves, and F&B financial contr
