Your mission
At Navera we’re building a new kind of mortgage experience: transparent, digital, and truly customer-centric. We are a Berlin-based B2C Fintech founded by two repeat founders (YC alum, exit) with prior 10+ year careers in investment banking and strategy consulting. We recently raised investment to assemble a 30-person, exceptionally strong core team.

Buying property (and financing it) is probably the biggest financial decision in someone’s life. It’s complicated, opaque and anxiety-laden. We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to help us build the systems and processes that power our sales and marketing teams. You'll work closely with our Head of Operations and collaborate daily with management and brokers, listening to what they need, and turning that into clean, effective solutions. This is a hands-on role with real scope to shape how we operate as we scale.
Your profile
What You’ll Do
- HubSpot Administration You'll be the go-to person for everything HubSpot: keeping pipelines, workflows, dashboards, reporting, user access, and permissions clean and running smoothly. You bring a strong point of view on what's possible and proactively suggest improvements.
- Reporting You'll build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership and revenue teams clear visibility into performance, working toward reducing manual effort over time.
- Process & Automation You'll build and maintain automations and workflows that support our sales and marketing teams, spotting friction, closing gaps, and documenting what you build so the team can scale.
What you Bring
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, or CRM administration.
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience.
- Motivation to work in a fast paced scaling environment. Start-up experience is a must for this role, FinTech background is a strong plus.
- You are detail oriented, can manage multiple processes simultaneously and nothing falls through the cracks.
- You are proactive and independent in getting things done.
- Based in Berlin; fluent in English, German is a plus
