The Revenue Operations Manager, Sales & Marketing will serve as a key operational partner supporting the onefinestay vertical within Exclusive Collective. This role sits within sales and is responsible for driving process excellence, data integrity, CRM management, and reporting, across both Sales and Marketing functions.
This individual will act as a connective tissue between Sales, Marketing and Operations. The role requires a highly detail-oriented, systems-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment and is motivated by improving processes that drive revenue performance and guest acquisition.
Duties and responsibilities
● Partner with Sales Leadership and provide support with reporting, data analysis, process efficiency, and CRM/Salesforce support
● Create, update, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports; ensure data accuracy and process compliance
● Analyze sales funnel performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
● Support sales team administration, including weekly meeting coordination, presentation preparation, and process adherence
● Reinforce standardized processes and ensure consistent CRM hygiene across the team
● Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, including evaluating and implementing AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
● Monitor campaign performance, email deliverability, and engagement metrics
● Create tracking campaigns to measure demand generation efforts
● Assist with ad operations support, including tagging, tracking, and pixel integrations
● Ensure seamless data flow between marketing systems and Salesforce
● Own inbound data quality, governance, and integrity within marketing and CRM systems
● Support reporting, analytics, and performance measurement across marketing initiatives
● Lead Sales Operations team and support business on various ongoing operational tasks
Qualifications and experience
● 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar role
● Strong Salesforce experience required
● Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Braze)
● Strong understanding of CRM systems, data governance, and marketing automation workflows
● Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; strong PowerPoint capabilities
● Ability to analyze data trends and deliver meaningful business insights
● Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Comfortable interacting with senior leaders and managing approval workflows
● Process-driven mindset with the ability to enforce and improve operational standards
● Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
