Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer located in Salem. The Chief Financial Officer will oversee the organization’s financial strategies, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and develop financial plans to support corporate goals. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, managing budgets, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Financial Planning and Finance skills with the ability to develop and execute financial strategies effectively
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide actionable insights
- Deep understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements related to the industry
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CA are highly desirable
- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a senior financial leadership role
