🔍 Seeking an Interim CFO | St. Louis, MO
We are engaged on an exclusive, confidential search for an Interim CFO on behalf of a well-established nonprofit in St. Louis with over 100 years of service to the community.
This is not a steady-state role. We need someone who has been here before: distressed receivables, a pending audit, cash flow pressure, and government grants at risk. Someone who walks in on day one, reads the room, and gets to work.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀:
→ Demonstrated nonprofit CFO or senior finance experience
→ Real turnaround or financial restructuring experience — not theoretical
→ Fluency in government contract billing, grant compliance, and AR recovery
→ A hands-on, working-leader style — not a delegator
→ Knowledge of Sage Intacct is a strong plus
