Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Progressive financial leadership experience in healthcare, ideally within a multi-specialty medical group, physician enterprise, or healthcare system.
- Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership and physicians to support strategic initiatives and operational performance.
- Ability to lead and develop finance teams while supporting organizational growth and financial sustainability.
