A growing $35M+ industrial construction and services company near Lynchburg, VA, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to partner directly with the President and help guide the next stage of growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role in which finance directly influences the business.
The CFO will lead:
✔ Accounting & financial operations
✔ WIP / project accounting and reporting
✔ Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
✔ Banking/lending relationships
✔ Financial visibility into project performance across multiple locations
Ideal background:
• Construction or project-based accounting
• Strong WIP and accrual accounting expertise
• Experience partnering closely with operations leadership
• Proven experience in progressive finance leadership
