We are seeking an experienced Business Applications Lead to oversee the management, support, and optimization of enterprise business applications. This role is responsible for leading the Business Applications team, ensuring the reliability and performance of critical systems supporting financial operations such as Accounting, Risk Management, and Treasury. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, manage vendors, and drive application improvements while ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Business Applications team.
Manage the configuration, implementation, and support of enterprise business applications.
Oversee incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution of application issues.
Ensure proper documentation of business processes, system configurations, and application changes.
Collaborate with IT leadership to develop strategies for application development, optimization, and support.
Coordinate application upgrades, migrations, and integrations with minimal business disruption.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and application service providers.
Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS).
Mentor and guide application analysts, supporting team growth and development.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance application performance and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise business applications.
Experience managing or supervising application development/support teams.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, CRM platforms, enterprise applications, and system integrations.
Experience with application lifecycle management, data management, and workflow automation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Financial Services industry.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
Certifications in Cloud Platforms (AWS or Azure) and/or Project Management (PMP, Agile).
