Resourceful Business Partners is seeking a Fractional CFO to support a portfolio of government contractor clients through a managed services model.
This role is designed for a GovCon financial leader who excels in both strategic advisory and hands-on execution across multiple organizations.
Role Overview
- Serve as Fractional CFO across 4–8 government contractor clients
- Lead financial strategy, compliance, and ERP optimization
- Oversee Deltek Costpoint environments and financial operations
- Drive executive decision support, profitability, and growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, DCAA, and GAAP
What You Bring
- Deep expertise in Deltek Costpoint (SME level)
- Strong experience with FAR, CAS, and DCAA compliance
- Proven success in a fractional, outsourced, or multi-client CFO model
- Hands-on experience with:
- Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS)
- Indirect rate structures
- GovCon project accounting (T&M, CPFF, FFP)
- Experience leading ERP implementations or system transformations
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level financial advisory to client leadership teams
- Oversee financial close, reporting, and audit readiness
- Lead Controllers and accounting teams across engagements
- Manage Costpoint configuration, reporting, and financial integrity
- Support M&A diligence, system transitions, and financial transformation
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $175K – $200K (DOE)
- Quarterly performance and revenue-based bonuses
