The Role
As Sales Operations Coordinator here at Summize you will be a hands-on partner working across the GTM team, working closely with Sales and Customer Success. As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will help manage the tools, data, and workflows to ensure each GTM function works with greater efficiency and clarity. This role is critical for building scalable processes, keeping our tech stack running smoothly, and enabling the team to hit ambitious growth targets. Your key responsibilities day to day will include:
- Day-to-day ownership and front-line support of tech stack administration (including HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo) including account provisioning and training, troubleshooting, and process improvements
- Maintain our CRM (HubSpot)ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Monitoring key performance indicators to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting across the revenue funnel Responsibility for recurring and ad hoc reports and actionable analysis
- Assist in territory planning and target account processes, ensuring adherence to proper maintenance of territory maps and lead assignments
- Provide operational and enablement support for sales and customer success programs
- Document, maintain, and continuously improve sales processes and playbooks
What we're looking for
- Some previous experience in Revenue Operations, Sales or Marketing Operations, or a related GTM support role
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot is a must;
- Previous experience with Gong or a similar tool is advantageous
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, eager to learn, clear communicator
- Comfortable managing multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent collaboration skills across the organization especially with Sales and Customer Success
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze and interpret data as well as being able to present findings and produce recommendations
- Experience at a scale up or start up are advantageous
