Role Description
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a full-time, onsite role at one of our client at Noida location. The Company may go for IPO in near future.. The CFO will oversee financial planning, develop and manage financial strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial performance, leading reporting processes, and providing strategic financial guidance to support decision-making and optimize business outcomes. The role will require close collaboration with leadership to drive sustainable growth and enhance financial operations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
- Proficiency in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements
- Advanced Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Thorough knowledge of Financial Reporting and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Exceptional communication and strategic thinking abilities
- CA only need apply
- Experience in the MSME sector will be considered an advantage
- Has worked on atleast one IPO.
