Role Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as the financial leader, driving strategic financial planning and ensuring fiscal health of the organization. Responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. The CFO will manage cash flow, evaluate investment opportunities, and collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational growth. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Broward County, FL, requiring a hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative nonprofit environment.

- Expertise in Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Financial Reporting
- Strong knowledge of Compliance, Risk Management, and Investment Strategies
- Proficiency in Accounting Standards, Financial Analysis, and Cash Flow Management
- Exceptional Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making Skills
- Strong Communication, Strategic Planning, and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Proficiency in Financial Software and Tools
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
- Prior experience in nonprofit financial management is highly desirable
