Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer to join our team on-site in Eldon, MO. The CFO will oversee and manage all financial operations, including strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial insights to support the company’s growth. The CFO will collaborate with leadership to support decision-making processes and drive financial efficiency within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
- Experience in property management or real estate finance is preferred
- Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
