A1 Tool Corp is looking for a talented CFO to join their growing, highly technological, closely held manufacturing business based in Melrose Park. This person will become an integral part of the management team and will oversee the company’s finance and accounting functions. Responsibilities will include financial statement preparation, review and analyses of the monthly and annual financial statements, and preparation of management and trend reports, all of which you will present to management. You will also be responsible for implementing internal controls, monitoring financing activities with outside lenders, working with management to identify sales growth and expense control opportunities, and assisting with decisions regarding business insurance policies and employee benefit plan issues, etc. This individual will also work with members of management with respect to budgeting and forecasting, profit management, process improvement and strategic planning.
Candidates should have at least 7 years experience in an accounting or other relevant financial position. Experience should provide the ability to perform high level analysis as well as the ability to be hands on and detailed when necessary, and ability to communicate and work together with all levels of employees in a positive way.
