Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive the fiscal health of our organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, risk analysis, and strategic planning. Duties
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Lead risk management initiatives by conducting thorough risk analysis and implementing effective strategies across all business units.
- Supervise financial reporting processes, ensuring timely preparation of accurate financial statements, regulatory reports, and internal management reports.
- Drive business development efforts through market analysis and strategic planning.
- Lead budgeting processes, expense control, cost management, and profit & loss analysis to enhance overall financial performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring finance teams in technical accounting, financial modeling, and analytical skills.
Experience
- Proven experience as a senior finance executive or CFO within a complex organization or non-profit sector with supervisory responsibilities.
- Extensive knowledge of financial management principles including revenue cycle management, cost control and governmental accounting where applicable.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial software systems and tools for financial report writing, interpretation, forecasting, and modeling.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
