Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Application Architect specializing in CPQ and Revenue Cloud (RCA) to lead enterprise-scale Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) implementations. The architect will drive solution architecture, technical governance, and best practices for Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) implementations while collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce Platform
Expert knowledge of **Salesforce CPQ architecture and configuration
Strong experience with **Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)Core CPQ Capabilities
Strong hands-on experience in:
Product configuration & bundle structures Pricing rules and discount schedules Quote templates and document generation
Approval processes and deal workflows
Contract lifecycle and subscription management
Amendments, renewals, and upgrades Integrations
Experience integrating CPQ with:
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)Billing and Order Management platforms Middleware such as MuleSoft Architecture
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data sharing, and governance
Experience with large data volume architectures and performance optimization
Ability to design event-driven and API-based integrations
