Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization’s financial planning, management, and growth initiatives. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, develop long-term financial strategies, and ensure the company's fiscal health. Responsibilities

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead negotiations with stakeholders, investors, and partners to secure favorable terms and foster strategic alliances.
- Drive process improvement initiatives across finance functions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.
- Identify opportunities for business development and expansion through financial analysis and market research.
- Manage risk assessment procedures and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support decision-making with insightful financial insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee project management related to financial systems upgrades, mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably as a CFO or equivalent executive position.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing advantageous agreements.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is desirable.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Solid background in business development strategies that contribute to organizational growth.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives from inception to completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred.
