Company Description
TrembLess is building an innovative non‑invasive bracelet to help people with essential tremor and Parkinson’s disease regain control, confidence, and autonomy — a medication‑free solution that improves quality of life. Prototype validated in initial functional tests and early user trials. TrembLess has benefited from La Bourse French Tech and public grants during its development.
We are pre‑incorporation: founding team members will negotiate founder equity tied to role, contributions, and optional capital participation. We now need a founding growth leader to build the Go‑To‑Market (GTM) engine and convert early interest into pilots, pre‑orders, and scalable channels. Your impact will be immediate.
Your Mission
Design and execute TrembLess’ early traction and GTM strategy. Lead user acquisition, pre‑sales, pilot programs, distribution development, and the commercial story that unlocks fundraising. Shape pricing, positioning, and the customer journey while building growth operations.
What You Will Lead

- Prioritize tests and scalable acquisition paths.
Growth and Acquisition
- Launch pre‑sales, waitlists, and acquisition campaigns; iterate messaging and funnels.
- Measure CAC, LTV, conversion and optimize.
Pre‑Sales and Pilots
- Secure first users, pre‑orders, and pilot commitments.
- Define pricing, bundles, and commercial terms.
- Collect early user feedback to refine product and strategy.
Marketing and Brand
- Define positioning, messaging, and narrative.
- Build digital presence, community engagement, and patient/influencer networks.
- Launch awareness and acquisition campaigns; track engagement metrics.
Business Development and Partnerships
- Identify and close early distribution partners.
- Build relationships with clinics, neurologists, and patient associations.
- Explore B2B2C channels and strategic partnerships.
Operations and Data
- Implement CRM, analytics, and growth dashboards.
- Define customer lifecycle and commercial processes.
- Recruit or coordinate initial marketing/support collaborators.
Fundraising Support
- Prepare commercial materials and traction data for investor conversations.
90‑Day Outcomes We Expect
- Validated GTM and early acquisition channels: launch and optimize acquisition tests (paid + outbound + partnerships) with initial CAC and conversion benchmarks.
- Pilot conversion from existing demand: convert current user base into 15 signed pilot participants, generating structured product feedback and early usage data.
- Pre-order pipeline & partnerships established: build a pipeline of ~50 qualified pre-order leads (LOI / deposit / strong intent) and secure 2 clinical or association partnerships to support distribution and credibility.
Success in 6–12 Months
- Clear validated GTM and growth roadmap.
- Early pre‑orders and pilot agreements secured.
- Operational CRM and analytics.
- Traction data ready to support fundraising.
- A revenue‑ready commercial engine.
Who You Are
- Early-stage leader who thrives in hands-on, fast-moving environments.
- Proven track record in growth, GTM, and business development with startups.
- Hands-on operator who builds funnels, drives acquisition, and closes pilots.
Bonus
- Experience with medical devices.
- Network in MedTech, healthtech, or clinical ecosystems.
What We Offer
- True co‑founder role with equity tied to role, contributions, and milestones.
- Equity vesting: 3 years with a 6-month cliff; milestone‑based acceleration possible.
- Optional capital contribution welcomed: recommended anchor €30,000+. Capital contributions will be made into the company capital at incorporation and exchanged for an immediate equity allocation.
- Flexible full‑time engagement; potential modest stipend or milestone payments to be discussed.
