Coast360 Federal Credit Union, a member-driven financial institution serving Guam’s families and businesses, seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CFO will drive sustainable growth, ensure regulatory compliance and champion our mission of financial empowerment. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the credit union’s strategic goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

Oversee finance, accounting, treasury, investments, facilities and risk management to maintain fiscal safety and soundness in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Rules and Regulations.

Lead financial reporting, audits, asset-liability management and analysis to support data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with Board of Directors, CEO and executive leadership to develop the credit union’s strategic plan and member service initiatives.

Foster a culture of interdependence, innovation and efficiency guided by the credit union’s core values and objective of coaching for a high-performing team.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited college or university; CPA preferred, plus:

Five (5) years of executive level management ideally in credit unions, banking, or financial services with oversight of financial affairs; OR

Five (5) years of progressive senior level financial leadership experience in accounting and financial management with oversight of financial affairs, or equivalent work.

Strong leadership skills with experience in developing people, building teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
