Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Humboldt, IA. In this role, the CFO will oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting, review and analyze financial statements, and lead the overall financial operations of the hospital. The CFO will work closely with the executive leadership team to develop financial strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive the hospital's financial growth and stability. The role requires exceptional leadership abilities, strategic decision-making, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance practices, with a strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes
- Expertise in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Advanced understanding of healthcare finance, regulations, and compliance is preferred
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or CPA designation is a plus
