Requirements
- Proven experience in management roles with a focus on strategic planning and operations management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead senior leadership teams and influence organizational direction.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful partnership building and business development.
- Expertise in project management methodologies with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of process improvement techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage change, and drive results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
