Job Description:
The CPQ Business Analyst will support Salesforce CRM and Oracle CPQ environments, ensuring efficient quote-to-order processes, system configuration, and compliance across global deployments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Administer Salesforce CRM (data management, reporting, security model)
Configure and support Oracle CPQ and quote-to-order workflows
Manage and validate data migrations
Perform audit and compliance checks
Collaborate with stakeholders on Lead-to-Order (L2O) process improvements
Support integrations and reporting tools
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
5+ years of experience in Salesforce and CPQ environments
Strong experience with Oracle CPQ configuration
Familiarity with Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes
Experience supporting global deployments
Exposure to integration tools and reporting solutions
Nice-to-Haves:
Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
Sales Cloud Consultant certification
Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification
Experience with complex data migration projects
