Pan European Hybrid role London/South East ideally £350,000 basic (plus bonus) Our client is a World leading technology business. This is an exciting opportunnity for a special sales professional, - as it takes something special to drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services. That’s a job for our clients' Services Project and Program Management team within Professional Services. The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects - from design to delivery. What you’ll achieve As a Chief Revenue Officer, you will collaborate with our sales teams and functional teams to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes. You will: Provide critical support to our regional Sales Directors in the day to day running of their sales teams and activities & be a subject matter expert on business processes Ensure sales resources are optimized – aligning sales team members to account sets, developing coverage models and identifying ‘white space’ and other areas of opportunity Support local sales initiatives – driving sales contests and focus and reporting on progress Sales Execution
Create tools, processes and automation that reduces burden on Sales teams, whilst monitoring and ensuring correct processes and tools are effectively Design, develop, implement and maintain solutions, coordinate projects and work with extended teams Essential Requirements: Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills in English Proven ability to build, motivate and co-ordinate the activities of virtual teams & Influence skills
Ability to influence others to achieve results Relationship Building
Ability to develop relationships to work with, and influence at, multiple levels within the organization, from VPs to entry level team members Autonomous – able to work with minimal direction to identify and resolve roadblocks and escalate appropriately to ensure program remains on track at least 7 years of demonstrable experience in delivering results in an Operations or Program Management role & Excellent data management, analysis and presentation skills A level of flexibility will be required to travel to support Program requirements and some calls may be required out of normal working hours Desirable Requirements: Previous experience within the banking or financial services sectors will be highly regarded A good understanding of sales process, motion and toolson's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.
